DENTAL HYGIENE & WHITENING

1- Dental Cleanings: Re-imagined in a spa-like setting
Your dental hygienist will customize your care based on preferences, needs and values. We offer services in removal of plaque, calculus and stain, as well as head and neck examinations, oral cancer screenings and more to help you with full body health. Good dental hygiene habits are vital for maintaining overall health and well-being, as poor dental health can lead to serious health issues.

2- Teeth Whitening: A Brighter, More Confident Smile
Teeth Whitening is a cosmetic dental procedure that aims to remove surface stains and discoloration from teeth, resulting in a brighter, more appealing smile. Here at All About ME, we offer Wicked White Professional Teeth Whitening that can fit your budget depending on your teeth discolouration. A consultation will be held prior to application.
* It is important to note that teeth whitening is not suitable for everyone, and results may vary.

Traditional Chinese Medicinal Practices
Chinese medicine is a holistic healing system with roots dating back thousands of years, focused on restoring balance and harmony within the body. It includes practices like acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, and more, all based on the principles of Qi (vital energy), Yin and Yang, and the Five Elements. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Chinese medicine aims to identify and address underlying imbalances to promote long-term health and well-being. Widely used both as a complementary and standalone approach, it continues to gain global recognition for its personalized, preventive philosophy.
What is an independent dental hygiene practice?
With the appropriate education and training, dental hygienists can work on their own, without the direct supervision of a dentist. All About ME is happy to offer dental hygiene services in a spa-like atmosphere in Montague, PE.

- Dental Hygiene: An adult visit with a dental hygienist at All About ME can cost anywhere from $120-$220+ depending on your needs (the longer it takes, the more it costs). Do I need to see a dentist before having my teeth cleaned at your clinic?
No, you do not need to see a dentist before visiting an independent dental hygienist for your dental cleaning. We recommended you still see a dentist once per year for a check-up and any recommended x-rays, however we believe there should be no barriers to access preventive dental hygiene care. If you do not currently have a dentist we are happy to refer you to one.
Will my dentist be upset if I come to your clinic for a cleaning?
No, it is your choice and your right to choose who is providing care. You can choose your dental hygienist whether they practice for a dentist locally or practice independently in an independent dental hygiene clinic such as All About ME. It is your right and your choice! Visit the Canadian Dental Hygiene Association’s website to view the “Client’s Bill of Rights.” https://www.cdha.ca/cdha/The_Profession_folder/Resources_folder/Clients_Bill_of_Rights_folder/CDHA/The_Profession/Resources/Bill_of_Rights.aspx
Am I candidate for professional teeth whitening?
Consultation is necessary to determine the best teeth whitening application for you and to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatment. You may be a candidate for whitening if you have healthy teeth and gums, no dental work done on front teeth (only natural teeth whiten), are over the age of 16 and are not pregnant or breastfeeding. If you haven’t seen a dental professional in a while, we may recommend a professional cleaning or a check up with a dentist prior to treatment!
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes! If your insurance allows, we can send through your claims and you’re only responsible for your co-pay on the day of your visit. If you have any questions feel free to reach out!
Do you accept the Canadian/Provincial Dental Care Plan?
Yes! Make sure to have your card present with you when you come for your appointment!
